案例与情景模拟教学法用于临床护理教学中的价值

    摘要:

    目的:研究临床护理教学中应用案例与情景模拟教学法的效果。方法:选取2021年1月到2023年4月期间在我院实习的88例护理实习生和11名科内护士作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组44名,对照组给予常规教学,观察组给予案例与情景模拟教学法,科内护士开展培训,针对两组实习生教学后的考核成绩、自主学习能力评分以及科内护士培训前后的工作能力评分进行比较。结果:与对照组相比,观察组实习生考核成绩和自主学习能力评分更高(P<0.05)。科内护士培训后其工作能力评分相比培训前更高(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理教学中实施案例与情景模拟教学法对提升实习生的自主学习能力有重要作用,也可强化科内护士的工作能力,因此可推广应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To analyze the effect of application cases and scenario simulation teaching methods in clinical nursing teaching. Methods: A total of 88 nursing interns and 11 nurses in the department who interned in our hospital from January 2021 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 44 nurses in each group, the control group was given regular teaching, the observation group was given case and scenario simulation teaching method, and the nurses in the department carried out training, and the assessment results, self-learning ability score and work ability score of nurses before and after training of the two groups were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the interns in the observation group had higher assessment scores and independent learning ability scores (P<0.05). Nurses in the department scored higher after training than before training (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of case and scenario simulation teaching method in clinical nursing teaching plays an important role in improving the independent learning ability of interns, and can also strengthen the working ability of nurses in the department, so it can be popularized and applied.
